My daughter’s birthday was perfect because of the amazing hosts. Keep up the excellent work, Alona Haven! Right at the time we came in, the TV’s already playing the happy birthday song. Bed feels comfy, kitchen is superb, and bathroom is so clean. The whole unit smells luxurious and relaxing. We loved it! We’ll definitely book again soon!

Alona Haven is now my fave place to stay in Pasay. I would definitely book this place agan and again. The place did not disappoint. We loved every corner of the place.Kudos also to unit manager, who patiently waited for us (we were 4+hrs late from check in) he waited that long just to make sure we have a smooth check in. He also made sure to accommodate all our queries. Overall, 10/10 experience. Will def book this again. Very ideal for concert goers!!

Ang ganda ng place and super comfortable lalo na yung bed and sofabed hehehehehe. I did not encounter any discomfort throughout the whole stay. Staff is very accomodating and overall. It’s 10/10

Alona Haven is value for money. Host was very responsive and accommodating. One we only notice is that, there is no trash bin in the bathroom. But over all service, experience and pristine accommodation are superb! Highly recommended.

To Alona Haven Team,

I booked late (February 22) for my staycation at Alona Haven February 24-25 with my partner who came from abroad.

The page facebook admin was very accomodating and responsive. Very polite. She answered all my inquiries prior to my request date. My plan was to surprise my partner so I ask them if it is possible and how much would be the additional cost for the surprise set up. I was happy when they told me that it is feasible even in a given short period of time. Alona Haven Manager assisted me in the unit and designed the room was very kind. He was very polite also in all of our conversation. He keeps me updated while designing the room for the surprise. I was beyond thankful and happy with the experience we had with Alona Haven. My partner was very overwhelmed with the surprise.
